Affiliates of Z Capital Partners Merge

Sports Information Group LLC. (SIG) is a leading name that provides online information about horse racing in almost 40 States of the USA. SIG’s primary product, the Daily Racing Form (DRF), has been the leading data provider for thoroughbred horse races since 1984. The Daily Racing Farm receives a massive amount of online traffic daily, the most of any online platforms associated with horse racing.

The DRF does not only provide all information about horse races at one destination. SIG also operates a horse racing betting platform called DRF Bets, heavily integrated with the DRF website. DRF Bets claims to be one of the fastest-growing digital wagering platforms in America at present. SIG has a branch called DRF Sports that provides analytics for sports data. 

Affinity Gaming, on the other hand, operates multiple renowned casinos in Nevada, Iowa, and Missouri. A merger between SIG and Affinity Gaming will make Affinity Interactive one of the market leaders in the gaming industry, with a host of physical casinos and top-quality sports betting online capabilities. Affinity Gaming will also be able to offer many online casino games to its users. 

Founder and President of the Z Capital Group and Chairman of Affinity Interactive, James Zenni, believes that the merger will make it possible to capitalize on the growing trend of online gambling that has been developing at present. He has not revealed too many details about the merger, but it has been made clear that SIG and Affinity Gaming will continue to be run by their existing operational heads. 

The Z Capital Group is a private investment firm that works out of New York City. It has global investors and almost $4 billion in assets spread across different industries. The new merger and growth of Affinity Interactive are expected to push up Z Capital Group’s asset values and reputation even further.
